Unexpected costs can cause stress on building projects. If you choose to book SMP Construction, we want you to know what to expect and when.
Are you present on projects?
Stephen Mulcahy – the owner of SMP Construction – personally organises, runs and completes all projects and is always present on site.
Do you dispose of materials correctly?
SMP Construction – and the owner Stephen Mulcahy – is fully licensed to carry waste and only uses skip companies with the correct licenses.
Do you carry out gas and electrical work yourself?
All gas and electrical work are carried out by fully qualified and time-served NICEIC and Gas Safe engineers.
Do you give design advice?
We are more than happy to help with design and use of space. We also have access to some amazing architects, kitchen designers and structural engineers.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Rayleigh but cover all of Essex and sometimes further afield.
